Amir Chand Jagdish Kumar ipo
Amir Chand Jagdish Kumar (Exports) Ltd. (ACJKEL), a key player in the basmati rice industry, is making its public debut with an IPO valued at ₹440 crore, priced between ₹201 and ₹212 per share. The company, which also diversified into FMCG products under its "AEROPLANE" brand, showcases a robust operational footprint with 40% of its revenue from exports and a staggering 99% from rice sales. Financially, ACJKEL has seen impressive growth, with profits reaching ₹48.65 crore on a total income of ₹1024.30 crore in the first half of FY26. However, the valuation, with a post-IPO P/E of 22.55 based on annualized FY26 earnings, appears quite aggressive, seemingly front-loading future prospects. Operating in a highly competitive and fragmented market, investors should note this demanding valuation. Therefore, only well-informed individuals with surplus capital and a high-risk tolerance should consider allocating moderate funds for a long-term investment.
