Candidates for Disinvestment in FY2425

There are 10 Companies where Government ownership is 90% or more. We expect a strong pipeline in some of this companies to go for disinvestment to benefit from the strong markets and meet Disinvestment targets. 1-Viceroy Hotels 2-Punjab and Sind Bank 3-IOB 4-UCO bank 5-Central Bank 6-IDBI Bank 7-LIC 8-Panyan Cement 9-HMT 10-KIOCL We believe apart from Banks, all other are likely candidates for strategic divestments targets also especially Viceroy Hotels because of huge jump in travel industry and Panyan Cement and KIOCL for better effiiency.
