$ITCHOTELS Q1 FY27 results: Standalone profit down 27% YoY to Rs 3,579 crore, revenue down 14.4%

ITC Q1 FY27 results: ITC Limited on Friday reported a weaker set of earnings for the first quarter of FY27, with revenue, profit and operating performance declining sharply year-on-year amid pressure on margins. The diversified conglomerate's standalone net profit declined 27 per cent YoY to Rs 3,579 crore in the reporting quarter, as higher expenses and the impact of a sharp increase in excise duty on cigarettes weighed on profitability, even as its non-cigarette FMCG business delivered strong double-digit growth. The Kolkata-headquartered company posted standalone profit at Rs 4,911 crore in the same quarter the previous financial year (Q1 FY26). The company posted a consolidated net profit of Rs 4,394.13 crore in the April-June quarter of FY27, compared with Rs 5,244.20 crore in the corresponding quarter last financial year (Q1 FY26), according to its stock exchange filing.
