EPACK Prefab reports ₹1,462 crore order book visibility

EPACK
has reported a prefab order book of ₹14,625 million (₹1,462.5 crore), providing approximately 11 months of revenue visibility. The company sees strong growth opportunities across renewable energy, semiconductors and solar sectors. These industries are increasing demand for specialised industrial infrastructure, creating potential business opportunities for pre-engineered building (PEB) and prefabricated construction solutions. Management also expects margin recovery over the coming quarters. The improvement is expected to be supported by price revisions on new orders and long-term sourcing arrangements. Better procurement terms and improved pricing could help strengthen profitability, although actual margin recovery will depend on execution and input-cost movements. Another important development is the ramp-up of the Gujarat manufacturing facility. Phase 1 is expected to add 50,000 metric tonnes per annum (MTPA) of PEB manufacturing capacity by FY27. This expansion is expected to strengthen the company's presence in Western India and improve its ability to serve regional demand. My View: The ₹1,462.5 crore order book provides healthy revenue visibility, while capacity expansion and expected margin recovery offer additional growth opportunities. The key positive factors are sector diversification, improved sourcing arrangements and Gujarat facility expansion. However, margin recovery remains a management expectation and needs to be reflected in actual quarterly results. What to watch: Order book growth and fresh order inflows. Actual EBITDA margin recovery. Gujarat facility ramp-up and 50,000 MTPA capacity addition. New orders from renewable, semiconductor and solar sectors. Stance: EPACK – POSITIVE (8/10)
