’ wholly owned subsidiary -- Kutch Copper (KCL) has completed the incorporation process of a joint venture (JV) company namely ‘Praneetha Ecocables’ (PEL) on March 19, 2025 with Praneetha Ventures, KCL shall hold 50% Equity Share Capital of PEL. Objects of incorporation is to manufacture, marketing, distribution, buying and selling of metal products, cables and wires. In a significant move to improve the power system in India, Sharika Enterprises has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Russian Engineering powerhouse 'Engineering Center Energoservice' (ENS). A frontrunner in advanced power system measuring, monitoring and automation solutions, ENS jointly with Sharika Enterprises is all set to be instrumental in enhancing the reliability and safety of electrical grids in India. The MoU is aimed at cooperation in power system monitoring solutions in India and provides Sharika Enterprises with the exclusive right to market and distribute ENS's cutting-edge grid protection, condition monitoring solutions, including transformers throughout the country. and NVIDIA AI software have collaborated to advance Drug Safety with Agentic AI-Powered Pharmacovigilance Solution. The transformative solution leverages agentic artificial intelligence (AI) and automation to enhance the accuracy, speed, and efficiency of pharmacovigilance processes, addressing critical industry challenges such as manual delays and data overload. Credent Global Finance has acquired 28,864 Equity shares of Credent Investment (wholly owned subsidiary) of an amount Rs 2.99 crore on March 19, 2025. The investment amount will be used by Credent Investment for operational purposes.
