has received the Letter of Acceptance (LOA) of Rs 328.77 crore for operation at Kaza Fee Plaza on Chilakaluripet-Vijayawada section of NH-16 from Km 355.000 to Km 437.500 (Length-82.5 km) in the state of Andhra Pradesh. The Letter of Award (LOA) was issued by National Highways Authority of India (NHAI) on December 9, 2025. (VCBL) has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Government of Telangana on December 9,2025 at Telangana Rising Global Summit 2025, Bharat Future City, Telangana. As per the MoU, the company’s 100% subsidiary company Vintage Coffee will set up the Premium Freeze-Dried Coffee (FDC) plant in Telangana on 20 Acres land and Government of Telangana has agreed to facilitate clearances necessary for the aforesaid project under TG-IPASS. The company and Government of Telangana have come together to record their intentions through this MoU & the State Government and its agencies will extend all necessary assistance and cooperation, including expeditious grant of approvals, under the purview of the State Government, allocation of land in Food Processing Park and other approvals for speedy and successful implementation of the Project. ’ wholly owned subsidiary -- Adani Airport Holdings has completed the acquisition of 99% stake in AGHPort Aviation Services (AGHPort) from Indo Thai Airport Management Services (IndoThai). Consequently, AGHPort has become a step-down subsidiary of the Company.
