$TEGA , in consortium with funds managed by affiliates of Apollo (the Apollo Funds), has successfully completed the acquisition of Molycop, a leading global supplier in grinding media for the mining industry, from an affiliate of American Industrial Partners (AIP) at an enterprise value of around $1.5 billion. The closing marks a major milestone in Tega’s 50th anniversary year and positions the combined business as one of the world’s leading designers and manufacturers of ‘critical-to-operate’ consumables for certain production steps in the mining, minerals processing and material handling industries with an innovative and differentiated product portfolio. $ACMESOLAR (ASHL), through its wholly owned subsidiary - ACME Sun Power, has commissioned 33.333 MW/160.512 MWh capacity of Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) Project located at Village: Badi Sid, Tehsil-Bap, Dist: Phalodi and Jodhpur, Rajasthan, on June 01, 2026. The Commercial operation date (COD) for the same shall be June 03, 2026. With this, ACME Sun Power has achieved a commissioned capacity of 266.669 MW / 1283.936 MWh. $EMAMILTD has completed the acquisition of 2,05,767 equity shares i.e. 59.69% stake in IncNut Digital (IncNut), resulting in IncNut becoming a subsidiary of the Company. The acquisition of remaining stake of 0.31% i.e.1064 equity shares of IncNut will be completed, as per the terms of the Share Subscription and Purchase Agreement. $NMDC has registered a 19.86% rise in its iron ore production to 5.31 million tonnes (MT) in May 2026. The company had produced 4.43 MT iron ore in May last year. However, the sales volumes decreased 6.91% to 4.04 MT in May 2026 from 4.34 MT in the same month a year ago. The company’s Chhattisgarh mines produced 3.99 MT of iron ore and registered sales volume of 3.34 MT in May 2026, while Karnataka mines produced 1.32 MT of iron ore and sold 0.70 MT of iron ore in May 2026.
