$LEMONTREE has signed Lemon Tree Hotel, Kumbakonam in Tamil Nadu. The hotel will be managed by Carnation Hotels, a wholly owned subsidiary of Lemon Tree Hotels. With this signing, the company further strengthens its presence in Tamil Nadu and expands its footprint across key cultural, tourism, and commercial destinations in South India. This milestone addition brings the group’s footprint in the state to eight hotels, comprising six operational and two upcoming properties, including this hotel. Size of the order is Rs 24.89 crore. $PAYTM ’ wholly owned subsidiary -- Paytm Cloud Technologies (PCTL) has received approval for an additional investment by way of subscription to 9 million equity shares of 1 euro each at a total consideration of 9 million euro, in its wholly owned subsidiary, Paytm Europe Payments S.A (Paytm Europe). The board of directors of PCTL at its meeting held on May 25, 2026 has considered and approved the same.
