$ADANIPORTS e’s (APSEZ) step down subsidiary -- Adani Harbour International FZCO has incorporated a wholly owned subsidiary (WOS), namely, Harbour International Shipping FZCO in UAE on June 5, 2026. The proposed entity has been established to conduct its offshore operations locally in line with the company’s marine strategy to diversify its fleet globally. This development further reinforces APSEZ’s strategy to build one of the world’s largest integrated marine platforms, while expanding the geographic reach of its marine business. $HINDZINC c has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with The Energy and Resources Institute (TERI) to develop a 250-hectare ecological restoration project in Rajasthan, that is set to become world’s largest green cover area within industrial premises. To be undertaken at the company’s Chanderiya Lead Zinc Smelter Complex in Chittorgarh, the initiative marks a significant step in the company’s efforts to reimagine industrial landscapes as thriving natural ecosystems. $RAILTEL has received the work order worth Rs 41.32 crore (excluding tax) from Uttar Pradesh Police Recruitment and Promotion Board. The order is for providing security related ancillary services during recruitment Examination. The order is to be executed by June 05, 2028. HEC Infra Projects has received a work order worth Rs 44.87 crore from M/S Powergrid Bikaner IV Transmission, a wholly owned subsidiary of Power Grid Corporation of India. This project is regarding augmentation of transformation capacity at 400/220 kV Bikaner-IV S/S by 2x500 MVA, 400/220kV ICT along with associated bays and implementation of 3 nos. of 220 kV line bays. The order is to be executed within 15 months.
