India Shelter Finance to Raise ₹100 Crore via Secured NCD Private Placement

India Shelter Finance Corporation Limited has announced a private placement of rated, listed, and secured Non-Convertible Debentures (NCDs) aggregating ₹100 crore to strengthen its funding base and support growth initiatives.
