Indiqube Spaces Reports Strong Revenue Growth, Expands into Solar Energy

Indiqube Spaces Limited, a leading managed commercial workspace provider, reported strong revenue growth for Q2 FY26, with revenue from operations up 38.8% YoY to ₹3,501 crore, despite a wider net loss of ₹589.58 crore (from ₹313 crore a year ago). The sharp rise in losses is attributed to ongoing investments in new projects and scaling operations, common in the capital-intensive flexible office space sector. In a strategic diversification move, the company’s Board has approved amendments to its MoA to enter the solar energy business, including solar system installation, EPC services, and turnkey solutions for residential, commercial, and industrial segments. Shareholder approval will be sought via postal ballot. This expansion aligns with sustainability trends and aims to unlock new revenue streams beyond its core leasing business. Post its successful July 2025 IPO at ₹675 per share, Indiqube is listed on BSE and NSE and maintains a CRISIL A+/Stable credit rating as of November 7, reflecting solid financial risk management. While profitability remains a near-term challenge, Indiqube’s revenue momentum and foray into renewable energy highlight its growth ambition and adaptive strategy in evolving commercial real estate and green energy markets.
