will expand its annual production capacity by 2.25 lakh units by December 2026. The company's manufacturing capacity will be enhanced by 75,000 units at the Hosur factory in Tamil Nadu. In addition, the new facility in AURIC, Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar (Maharashtra), is on track to begin commercial production in phases from Dec 2026. The company has invested approx Rs 122 crores across the two facilities for these capacity enhancements. Electric two-wheeler registrations in India reached a record high of approximately 5.98 lakh units in Q2FY27, up by 82% on a YoY basis. The e2w penetration surged to double-digits at 11.2% for the quarter from 7.8% a year earlier and touched an all-time high of 11.6% in Sep 2026. The company has reported its first ever quarterly profit in Q2FY27.
