Venus Pipes Starts Spooling Production Ahead of Schedule

Venus Pipes & Tubes Ltd has commenced commercial production of pipe spooling at its Dhaneti facility in Gujarat on October 20, 2026, ahead of its earlier planned timeline of December. The development marks a step in the company’s expansion into value-added piping solutions. Pipe spooling involves assembling and preparing pipe sections for installation in industrial projects, including data centres. The company has already received a Letter of Intent worth ₹185 crore from a data centre customer for spooled pipes. Starting production early could help the company prepare for order execution and dispatch, subject to the conversion of the LOI into firm orders and customer requirements. Investors will monitor the company’s ability to ramp up production, convert the opportunity into confirmed business and deliver the project efficiently.
