The total issue will include a fresh share sale worth ₹250 crore and an offer-for-sale (OFS) of 46 lakh shares by the promoter Bokadia family. Oswal Energies works in the EPC (engineering, procurement, and construction) space and also manufactures heavy process equipment. It serves energy-related industries like oil & gas, power, and petrochemicals, with operations centered in Gandhinagar, Gujarat. As of March 2025, it is working on four EPC projects worth ₹720.5 crore and three heavy engineering contracts worth ₹115.3 crore. The company plans to use ₹177.1 crore from the IPO proceeds to meet long-term working capital needs, and the rest for general corporate purposes. Financially, Oswal Energies has shown strong performance. Its net profit more than doubled—rising 118.8% to ₹65.8 crore in FY25 from ₹30 crore in FY24. Revenue also grew by 60.5%, reaching ₹410.9 crore in FY25, up from ₹256 crore the year before. Monarch Networth Capital is acting as the merchant banker for this IPO. The offering presents a chance to invest in a growing EPC and manufacturing player with strong industry presence and financial momentum.
