Stocks in Focus: July 14 – Quarterly Buzz, Key Numbers to Track

A busy day for the market as several companies release earnings and updates that may influence today’s trade. Results Expected Today: Watch out for earnings from HCL Tech, Ola Electric, Tata Tech, Tejas Networks, Nelco, Rallis India, Den Networks, Kesoram, Sambhv Steel Tubes, and Authum Investment. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Real Estate Sector Highlights: • Kolte-Patil Developers saw a 10.1% drop in collections at ₹550 crore. Sales value fell 13.3% to ₹616 crore, and volume dipped 12.5%. Realization marginally dropped to ₹7,337/***** • Ajmera Realty posted a sharp 65% fall in sales at ₹108 crore, while collections improved 42% to ₹234 crore. However, carpet area sold fell 52%. • On the brighter side, Ashiana Housing reported strong growth—area booked up 34.6%, and sales value jumped 83% to ₹431 crore. The company also raised ₹100 crore from IFC via NCDs. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Consumer & Beverage Space • Sula Vineyards’ revenue dropped 7.9% YoY to ₹118.3 crore. However, adjusting for a one-time benefit, revenue was flat. Own brand sales fell 10.8%, but wine tourism revenue grew 21.8% to ₹13.7 crore. Retail Giant DMart (Avenue Supermarts) • Profit stayed nearly flat at ₹773 crore, but revenue surged 16.3% to ₹16,360 crore. EBITDA rose 6.4%, though margins compressed from 8.68% to 7.94% due to rising operating costs. Aditya Birla Money • Q1 profit slipped 6% to ₹15.4 crore. Net interest income declined 10% to ₹81.1 crore, pointing to margin pressures. Keep an eye on these stocks as investors react to earnings beats, misses, and margin moves.
