How to Filter Out Junk Stocks...........!
Before Hunting for Multibaggers Finding a stock that can grow 5x or 10x starts with removing weak businesses from your watchlist. Before getting excited about a low share price or a big growth story, check the company's financials. Here are the red flags I look for: • Sales are growing, but operating cash flow remains negative. • Profits are rising mainly because of other income, not core business growth. • Debt is increasing faster than earnings. • Promoters are pledging shares or selling large portions of their holdings. • Receivables are rising faster than sales, meaning customers are taking longer to pay. • Frequent share dilution reduces existing shareholders' ownership. • ROCE remains poor despite years of expansion. • Auditor resignations or questionable related-party transactions need closer examination. • Big announcements keep coming, but actual orders and revenue fail to follow. A low share price doesn't make a business undervalued. Strong sales growth alone isn't enough either. Study cash flow, debt, promoter actions, return ratios and actual business performance before putting a stock on your multibagger watchlist.
