Apollo Micro Systems jumps 10% as Q2 revenue surges 72%

Apollo Micro Systems rose as much as 10% after Q2 revenue jumped 72.3% to Rs 388.1 crore, with support at Rs 363 and resistance at Rs 440. Apollo Micro Systems Limited [

APOLLO
] surged as much as 10% on 26 October after its Q2 FY27 results, snapping a four-day losing streak. At 11:15 am the stock was up over 8%. Consolidated profit for the period rose 55.7% to Rs 48.4 crore from Rs 31.1 crore. Revenue jumped 72.3% to Rs 388.1 crore from Rs 225.3 crore. EBITDA excluding other income rose 88% to Rs 111 crore, with the margin at 28.6% against 26.3%. The order book reached an all-time high of Rs 1,765 crore. Profit grew slower than revenue because tax expense rose, and the auditor flagged the negative net worth of a subsidiary. Both are worth tracking. The order book supports future earnings, but price must confirm. The stock fell for four straight sessions before the results, so holding today’s gains matters. Support is Rs 363. Resistance is Rs 440. A close above Rs 440 would confirm a breakout. A close below Rs 363 would negate the results rally and resume the earlier decline. Volume on the follow-through is the key signal. DISCLOSURE: I do not hold any position in this stock. This is not a recommendation to buy or sell.
