Innovision Ltd New Toll Contract and Director Resignation

$INNOVISION The company secured a ₹26.35 crore work order from NHAI for user fee (toll) collection and maintenance of toilet blocks at Mundiyar Fee Plaza on the Baran-Shivpuri section of NH-27 (Madhya Pradesh). The one-year contract starts July 11, 2026. Gurpal Singh resigned as Whole Time Director effective June 3, 2026, due to other professional commitments/personal reasons.
