Lodha Developers Ltd Supreme Court order and V Hotels case

The Supreme Court has ordered that the entire ₹520.80 crore Lodha deposited as security in the V Hotels Ltd (VHL) enforcement case be returned with accumulated interest, and clarified that the Enforcement Directorate will have no claim, right or lien over VHL’s properties.
