The company approved a draft shelf prospectus for secured, rated, listed, redeemable NCDs of up to ₹90,000 lakh on 16 July 2026. It also allotted 800 commercial papers worth ₹40 crore on 14 July 2026, and earlier disclosures mention an early redemption of ₹1 crore of unlisted NCDs plus prior fund raises aimed at lowering funding costs.
