Cantabil Retail Reports Record Q3 Profit, Growth Momentum Continues

Cantabil Retail India Limited delivered a strong set of numbers for the quarter ended December 2025, underlining robust demand and improving operational efficiency. The apparel retailer posted its highest-ever quarterly profit of ₹45.1 crore in Q3 FY26, marking an impressive 31% year-on-year growth. Revenue from operations for the quarter rose 19% to ₹264.4 crore, supported by healthy festive demand and expanding store presence. EBITDA surged 31% to ₹95.2 crore, with margins improving to 36%, reflecting better cost management and higher operating leverage. The nine-month performance was equally encouraging. For 9M FY26, revenue grew 20% to ₹599.1 crore, while net profit increased 27% to ₹66.5 crore. Same-store sales growth stood at a solid 6.3%, indicating sustained consumer traction across markets. Cantabil continues to strengthen its retail footprint and currently operates 646 exclusive brand outlets covering over 8.8 lakh sq. ft. The company stated that recent GST rate rationalisation has aided affordability and boosted consumer sentiment, further supporting sales growth. Management expressed confidence in maintaining momentum through store expansion, product innovation, and improved customer experience. With a strong balance sheet and consistent brand positioning in the value fashion segment, Cantabil appears well placed to benefit from India’s growing retail consumption story.
