HCLTech Partners with Magnum Ice Cream Company to Build AI-Led Digital Infrastructure

HCL Technologies (HCLTech) has entered into a multi-year strategic partnership with The Magnum Ice Cream Company (TMICC), the world’s largest ice cream maker, to modernize and manage its global digital foundation. The collaboration aims to build a future-ready, AI-powered IT infrastructure as TMICC transitions into an independent listed entity. Under the agreement, HCLTech will deploy its AI Force platform to embed artificial intelligence across TMICC’s IT ecosystem. The partnership will focus on predictive analytics, enhanced business process visibility, and improved user experience, enabling scalable and resilient IT operations across global markets. A key element of the engagement is TMICC’s shift from traditional AIOps to a NoOps operating model, allowing zero-touch automation and autonomous IT operations through agentic AI solutions. This transformation is expected to significantly improve operational efficiency while reducing manual intervention. HCLTech will also support TMICC’s Transition Service Agreement (TSA) exit from Unilever, helping the company establish a greenfield IT infrastructure designed for long-term growth and digital agility. The deal strengthens HCLTech’s presence in the consumer packaged goods (CPG) sector and reinforces its leadership in managing complex, global digital transformations. For investors, the partnership highlights HCLTech’s continued traction in high-value, AI-driven, long-duration enterprise contracts.
