has secured a Letter of Intent from the Petroleum and Natural Gas Regulatory Board (PNGRB) for developing an LPG pipeline connecting Paradip in Odisha with Raipur in Chhattisgarh. The project carries an estimated EPC opportunity of around ₹1,800 crore, excluding GST, with construction expected to be completed over 36 months.
The project will be implemented through a wholly owned Special Purpose Vehicle, giving Dilip Buildcon 100% ownership of the operating asset. Following the three-year construction period, the pipeline is planned to operate for 25 years, with revenue generated through regulated transportation tariffs. The pipeline will facilitate LPG movement to bottling facilities of Oil Marketing Companies and is expected to replace a portion of the existing road-based tanker transportation.#WatchOutFor#StockInNews#EquityResearch#MacroViews#FundamentalViews
