Zen Technologies Limited has received orders worth ₹404 crores (including GST) from the Ministry of Defence, Government of India, under Regulation 30 of SEBI Listing Regulations. The orders include ₹332 crores for the supply of Anti-Drone Systems/Counter Unmanned Aerial Systems (C-UAS) and ₹72 crores for Training Simulators and Equipment. These domestic orders will be executed within a year and do not involve any related party transactions or promoter interest.
