AARTIIND: Signs 10+ Year Supply Agreement Worth Over ₹1,500 Cr

Aarti Industries has entered into a 10+ year dedicated manufacturing and supply agreement with a leading global speciality chemical company, marking a new customer relationship. The contract carries an estimated revenue potential of ~₹1,500 crore (~US$150 million) over the tenure. AIL will set up, commission and operate a dedicated manufacturing facility in India for a speciality chemical used in high-performance applications. The facility will use the customer's proprietary process technology, while a structured financing arrangement will fund capex of less than US$25 million. Commercial production is expected to begin in FY2028-29, subject to regulatory and other approvals. The agreement supports localisation of manufacturing in India, strengthening supply-chain resilience and supporting the customer's growing India requirements. Impact: Positive — The agreement provides long-term revenue visibility, adds a new global customer, and offers a relatively capital-efficient dedicated manufacturing opportunity.
