• SCN Resolution: Company received final order from Deputy Commissioner, State GST – Jabalpur on 29 Dec 2025 on earlier show-cause notice. • Massive Relief: Earlier total demand of ₹8.26 crore (tax + interest + penalty) has been reduced by ₹8.26 crore after adjudication. • No Tax Demand Now: Entire tax demand of ₹2.58 crore eliminated along with almost all interest and penalty components. • Residual Liability: Only ₹1,786 as interest and ₹50,000 as penalty payable by the company.
