Aditya Birla Capital raises Rs 163 crore through NCDs

Aditya Birla Capital has raised Rs 163 crore through the allotment of 163 Unsecured, Rated, Listed, Taxable, Redeemable Non-Convertible Perpetual Debentures (NCDs), having a face value of Rs 1,00,00,000 per Debenture on private placement basis, to identified investors. The NCDs will be listed on the BSE and National Stock Exchange of India.
