Norges Bank & Vanguard Buy into Aarti Pharmalabs; Landmark Cars, Cartrade Tech, Tanla Also See Big Block Deals
Promoter entity Safechem Enterprises offloaded a 0.66% stake in Aarti Pharmalabs, while Norges Bank (on behalf of Government Pension Fund Global) and Vanguard Group acquired a combined 1.7% stake worth ₹145.8 crore via open market deals on September 19. Shares of Aarti Pharmalabs rallied 3.3% to ₹930.2 on the NSE amid heavy volumes. Meanwhile, Landmark Cars slipped 3.34% to ₹627 after promoter Aryaman Sanjay Thakker sold 7 lakh shares worth ₹44.7 crore, though Morgan Stanley Asia Singapore and Dhunseri Ventures emerged as buyers. In other key block deals, Norges Bank bought stakes in Cartrade Tech (₹98.1 crore) and Tanla Platforms (₹65.5 crore), while iShares and SPDR ETFs picked up shares in Sigachi Industries and Vimta Labs.
