Housing Finance company Aavas Financiers announced Q2FY27 results Financial Highlights: Interest income stood at Rs 62,992.06 lakh in Q2FY27, reporting a YoY increase of 11.76% from Rs 56,362.44 lakh in Q2FY26 and a QoQ growth of 2.18% compared to Rs 61,647.41 lakh in Q1FY27. For H1FY27, standalone interest income reached Rs 1,24,639.47 lakh, marking a 12.03% increase over Rs 1,11,256.54 lakh in H1FY26. Total income reached Rs 73,677.40 crore in Q2FY27, delivering a 10.39% YoY improvement over Rs 66,745.13 lakh in Q2FY26 and climbing 3.90% QoQ from Rs 70,909.57 lakh in Q1FY27. In H1FY27, total income stood at Rs 1,44,586.97 lakh, increasing by 11.62% compared to Rs 1,29,538.62 lakh in H1FY26. Profit before tax (PBT) expanded to Rs 23,559.93 lakh in Q2FY27, showing a YoY increase of 11.54% from Rs 21,122.81 lakh in Q2FY26 and a 7.04% QoQ jump from Rs 22,010.40 lakh in Q1FY27. Standalone PBT for H1FY27 reached Rs 45,570.33 lakh, a rise of 16.74% from Rs 39,035.67 lakh recorded in H1FY26. Profit after tax (PAT) for Q2FY27 came in at Rs 18,152.02 lakh, expanding by 10.73% YoY from Rs 16,393.44 lakh in Q2FY26 and increasing 5.99% QoQ from Rs 17,126.81 lakh in Q1FY27. Standalone H1FY27 PAT climbed to Rs 35,278.83 lakh, marking a 16.37% YoY advancement from Rs 30,316.77 lakh in H1FY26. Earnings per equity share (EPS) basic stood at Rs 22.89 for Q2FY27, achieving a 10.53% YoY improvement from Rs 20.71 in Q2FY26 and a 5.97% QoQ gain from Rs 21.60 in Q1FY27. For H1FY27, basic standalone EPS arrived at Rs 44.49, climbing 16.16% YoY compared to Rs 38.30 in H1FY26. Diluted standalone EPS came in at Rs 22.80 for Q2FY27 and Rs 44.31 for H1FY27.
