SEBI RA – Shubh Consultancy – Sunil Kotak – INH000015826 IT Consulting & Software company Cyient announced Q2FY27 results Consolidated Financial Highlights: Revenue from operations stood at Rs 22,350 million in Q2FY27, registering a QoQ increase of 7.67% compared to Rs 20,757 million in Q1FY27 and a YoY increase of 25.49% compared to Rs 17,810 million in Q2FY26. For H1FY27, consolidated revenue from operations reached Rs 43,107 million, showing a YoY growth of 23.42% from Rs 34,928 million during H1FY26. Total income reached Rs 22,436 million in Q2FY27, reflecting a QoQ growth of 7.73% from Rs 20,757 million in Q1FY27 and a YoY expansion of 22.53% from Rs 18,310 million in Q2FY26. For H1FY27, consolidated total income grew YoY by 19.76% to Rs 43,262 million from Rs 36,125 million in H1FY26. Profit Before Tax (PBT) stood at Rs 1,967 million in Q2FY27, gaining 14.96% QoQ from Rs 1,711 million in Q1FY27 and showing a marginal YoY growth of 0.05% compared to Rs 1,966 million in Q2FY26. For H1FY27, the consolidated profit before tax dropped YoY by 10.34% to Rs 3,678 million from Rs 4,102 million in H1FY26. Profit After Tax (PAT) (Net Profit for the period/year) was Rs 1,325 million in Q2FY27, which expanded by 21.89% QoQ from Rs 1,087 million in Q1FY27 but decreased by 7.28% YoY from Rs 1,429 million in Q2FY26.
