SEBI RA – Shubh Consultancy – Sunil Kotak – INH000015826 VOLTAS Consumer Electronics company Voltas announced Q2FY27 results Consolidated Financial Highlights: Total income: The total income stood at Rs 2,746.08 crore for Q2FY27, showing a decrease of 42.37% QoQ from Rs 4,764.74 crore in Q1FY27 but registering an increase of 13.85% YoY compared to Rs 2,411.93 crore in Q2FY26. For H1FY27, total income reached Rs 7,510.82 crore, growing by 16.76% YoY from Rs 6,432.58 crore in H1FY26. Revenue from operations: Revenue from operations reached Rs 2,706.57 crore for Q2FY27, down 42.09% QoQ from Rs 4,673.50 crore in Q1FY27 but increasing by 15.30% YoY from Rs 2,347.32 crore in Q2FY26. For H1FY27, revenue from operations stood at Rs 7,380.07 crore, matching a YoY growth of 17.41% over Rs 6,285.90 crore in H1FY26. Profit before tax (PBT): PBT was recorded at Rs 82.93 crore for Q2FY27, representing a decline of 70.95% QoQ from Rs 285.46 crore in Q1FY27 but growing significantly by 53.23% YoY over Rs 54.12 crore in Q2FY26. For H1FY27, PBT was reported at Rs 368.39 crore, up 43.43% YoY against Rs 256.84 crore in H1FY26. Profit after tax (PAT): PAT for Q2FY27 stood at Rs 47.71 crore, down 77.58% QoQ compared to Rs 212.76 crore in Q1FY27 and growing by 51.46% YoY from Rs 31.50 crore in Q2FY26. For H1FY27, PAT stood at Rs 260.47 crore, growing by 51.34% YoY from Rs 172.11 crore in H1FY26. Earnings per equity share (EPS): Basic and diluted EPS stood at Rs 1.59 for Q2FY27, down QoQ from Rs 6.46 in Q1FY27 but up YoY compared to Rs 1.03 in Q2FY26.
