SEBI RA – Shubh Consultancy – Sunil Kotak – INH000015826 Healthcare Services company Medi Assist Healthcare Services announced Q2FY27 results Consolidated Financial Highlights: Revenue from Operations: Rs 2,415.10 million in Q2FY27, reflecting an increase of 2.11% QoQ from Rs 2,365.19 million in Q1FY27 and an increase of 3.86% YoY from Rs 2,325.45 million in Q2FY26. For H1FY27, Revenue from Operations stood at Rs 4,780.29 million, representing a YoY increase of 12.98% compared to Rs 4,231.03 million in H1FY26. Total Income: Rs 2,453.61 million in Q2FY27, showing a minor decrease of 0.67% QoQ compared to Rs 2,470.16 million in Q1FY27 but an increase of 4.49% YoY against Rs 2,348.20 million in Q2FY26. For H1FY27, Total Income stood at Rs 4,923.77 million, marking a YoY growth of 13.77% from Rs 4,327.70 million in H1FY26. Profit Before Tax (PBT): Rs 297.32 million in Q2FY27, down 14.83% QoQ from Rs 349.07 million in Q1FY27 but growing substantially by 120.76% YoY against Rs 134.68 million in Q2FY26. For H1FY27, PBT registered at Rs 646.39 million, climbing 46.97% YoY from Rs 439.80 million in H1FY26. Net Profit After Tax (PAT): Rs 215.76 million in Q2FY27, falling 21.82% QoQ from Rs 275.97 million in Q1FY27 but up significantly by 167.46% YoY compared to Rs 80.67 million in Q2FY26. For H1FY27, PAT came in at Rs 491.73 million, achieving a 60.18% YoY growth from Rs 306.98 million in H1FY26. Earnings per Equity Share (EPS) - Basic: Rs 2.88 in Q2FY27, reflecting a decline of 22.37% QoQ from Rs 3.71 in Q1FY27 but an expansion of 154.87% YoY against Rs 1.13 in Q2FY26.
