Realty company Keystone Realtors announced Q1FY27 results Consolidated Financial Highlights: Revenue from operations in Q1FY27 was reported at Rs 47,029 lakh, representing a growth of 72.19% YoY from Rs 27,312 lakh in Q1FY26 and a decrease of 70.53% QoQ compared to Rs 1,59,597 lakh in Q4FY26. Total income for Q1FY27 stood at Rs 49,326 lakh, marking a 70.89% YoY increase from Rs 28,864 lakh in Q1FY26 but a decline of 69.43% QoQ from Rs 1,61,336 lakh in Q4FY26. Profit before tax for Q1FY27 reached Rs 7,032 lakh, reflecting a significant YoY growth of 343.66% against Rs 1,585 lakh in Q1FY26 and a 4.52% QoQ increase from Rs 6,728 lakh in Q4FY26. Net profit for the quarter ended Q1FY27 was Rs 5,237 lakh, showing an increase of 220.70% YoY from Rs 1,633 lakh in Q1FY26 and a 17.72% QoQ decline from Rs 6,365 lakh in Q4FY26. Total comprehensive income for Q1FY27 was Rs 5,219 lakh, compared to Rs 1,608 lakh in Q1FY26 and Rs 6,441 lakh in Q4FY26.
