Investment Approval

ADF Foods has received approval for additional investment of AUD 100,000 by way of equity in ADF Foods Australia, Wholly Owned Subsidiary of the Company, in one or more tranches to support the working capital requirements. ADF Foods Australia has been incorporated to carry on the business of distribution of food products across the Australian market. The Board of Directors of the company, at its Meeting held on May 13, 2026, inter alia considered and approved the same. ADF Foods is a leading global food manufacturing company and distributor with a presence in many countries.
