LG Electronics India Q2 FY27: Profit Rises 25.7%

LG Electronics India ( LGEINDIA ) shares to 52-week high of ₹1,836 after strong Q2 FY27 results. Jefferies retained its Buy rating and ₹1,950 target price, citing premiumisation, capacity expansion and new business opportunities. Key Q2 FY27 Highlights - Revenue: ₹7,380 crore, up 19.5% YoY. - Net profit: ₹489 crore, up 25.7% YoY. - EBITDA: ₹701 crore, up 28% YoY. - EBITDA margin: Improved 63 bps to 9.5%. - Home Appliances & Air Solutions revenue: ₹4,772 crore, up 20.9%. - Home Entertainment revenue: ₹2,608 crore, up 17.2%. What Is Driving the Growth? Jefferies expects 21% EPS CAGR over FY26–29, supported by premium products, improved capacity utilisation, exports and the upcoming Sri City facility. The company's proposed entry into Vehicle Solutions, including in-vehicle infotainment, could provide another growth avenue. My View LG Electronics is demonstrating healthy growth across both major business segments, with improving margins despite commodity cost and currency pressures. I would track premiumisation, festive demand, Sri City capacity ramp-up and the execution of the new vehicle solutions business. The key question is whether growth and margin expansion can sustain the current valuation.
