The Company offers home construction loans for the purpose of self-construction of residential house property. Aavas Rooftop Solar Loan offers financing for the installation of rooftop solar systems. It provides housing loans, primarily, to the un-served and un-reached markets, which include the States of Rajasthan, Maharashtra, Gujarat, Madhya Pradesh, Haryana, Uttar Pradesh, Chhattisgarh, Uttarakhand, Punjab, Himachal Pradesh, Delhi, Odisha, Karnataka and Tamil Nadu. The Company operates in approximately 14 states with a total of 397 branches.
