Arkade Developers Limited is an India-based real estate development company. The Company is primarily engaged in real estate development across the Mumbai metropolitan region (MMR). The operations of the Company span all aspects of real estate development, from the identification and acquisition of land, to planning, execution, construction and marketing of commercial and residential projects. The Company has completed approximately 31 projects, developed 5.5 million square feet of property, with an additional two million square feet under construction. The Company's project portfolio includes Arkade Earth, Arkade Rise, Arkade Aura, Wallace Fortuna, Arkade Aspire, Arkade Crown, and Arkade Darshan among others. Its Arkade Crown project is an approximately 4,05,000 square feet development that stands in Borivali West. Its ongoing projects include Arkade Rare, Arkade Nest, Arkade Eden, Arkade Pearl, Arkade Views, and Arkade Vistas.
