The Company operates in a single segment, namely solvent extracted products. It has five primary business categories: Marigold Extracts for Eye Care, Food Coloring and Poultry Pigmentation; Spice oleoresins and Oils for Food Coloring and Flavoring; Value added Teas-Decaffeinated Teas and Instant Teas; Animal Health and Nutrition Products, and Agricultural Crop Inputs. The Company has its production facilities in India and exports its products. It has its business operations mainly in India, USA, UK and UAE. The Company has three wholly owned subsidiaries, namely AVT Natural Europe Ltd, AVT Natural S.A. De C.V., and AVT Natural FZCO.
