Its sugar products are manufactured in different sizes and categories like large, medium and small. By-products of this sugar production include molasses, bagasse, fly ash and press mud. Its bio compost/biofertilizer products include Bajaj Bhu Mahashakti and Bhu Mahashakti (Biocompost). Its Bajaj Bhu Mahashakti product is made by filtering sugarcane juice and composting the sludge from the distillery. The company has around 14 sugar factories, six distilleries and co-production facilities. Its sugar factories are located at Gola Gokaran Nath, Palia Kalan, Khambarkhera, Barkhera, Kinauni, Gangnaul, Thanabhawan, Budhana, Bilai, Maqsoodapur, Pratappur, Rudauli, Kundarkhi and Utraula.
