The manufacturing unit of the Company is located at Badarpurghat, District Karimganj, Assam. The Company's subsidiaries include Cement International Limited (CIL), Badarpur Energy Private Limited (BEPL), Meghalaya Minerals & Mines Limited (MMML), and Valley Strong Cements (Assam) Limited (VSCAL). CIL is engaged in the business of manufacturing cement. MMML is engaged in the business of extracting minerals.
