Bharat seats appoints two new board directors.

Bharat Seats Limited

BHARATSE
has appointed Vipin Garg from Maruti Suzuki as nominee director. It has also appointed Arvind Kapur from Rico Auto as independent director. Vipin Garg joins as nominee director representing Maruti Suzuki. Arvind Kapur has been named independent director. These board changes strengthen governance and the link with a key customer. The key trigger is the dual appointment of a Maruti Suzuki nominee and an independent director. This reinforces the relationship with a major client. Peers such as Motherson, Uno Minda and Endurance Technologies may see no direct change. Near-term prices could stay steady on the governance update. Risks include any delays in related program execution. Competitors listed: Motherson, Uno Minda, Endurance Technologies. We have no financial interest in this news.

Bharat Seats – Weekly Dragonfly Doji Signals Support Defense After Sharp Correction

BHARATSE
1. Dragonfly Doji at Key Support The stock has formed a Dragonfly Doji on the weekly timeframe, right near an important horizontal support zone. This candle structure suggests strong buying interest emerging at lower levels after sustained selling pressure. 2. Bounce Attempt From Demand Zone Price has reacted positively from the ₹165–₹170 support band, which earlier acted as a breakout zone during the prior uptrend. Holding this zone is crucial to prevent further downside extension. 3. Downtrend Line Still in Play Although a short-term bounce is visible, price is still below the falling trendline, indicating that the broader corrective phase is not yet fully over. A decisive close above the trendline would be needed to confirm trend reversal. 4. Moving Average Context The stock is trading below the medium-term moving average, highlighting that momentum recovery is still in its early stage. This makes the current move more of a relief bounce rather than a confirmed trend change. 5. RSI Cooling but Stabilising RSI has cooled off significantly from overbought levels and is now stabilising near the mid-zone, aligning with the idea of consolidation rather than aggressive downside continuation. 6. Structure Summary Dragonfly Doji = demand visible Bounce from prior breakout support Trendline resistance overhead Momentum neutral, not bullish yet Overall, Bharat Seats is showing early signs of stabilization, but confirmation will only come if price sustains above support and breaks the falling trendline with follow-through. 📢 Disclaimer: For educational and technical analysis purposes only; not investment advice. 👤 Rajneesh Sharma – SEBI Registered Research Analyst (INH000020332)

🪑 Bharat Seats Ltd. – Correction Following Bearish RSI Divergence

BHARATSE
Bharat Seats Ltd. recently showed a textbook case of a bearish RSI divergence, followed by a price correction. Despite maintaining a strong uptrend for several weeks, momentum indicators signaled early exhaustion, leading to a pullback that is now testing short-term support zones. 🔹 Chart Observations RSI Divergence: The stock made higher highs in price, while RSI formed lower highs, confirming a bearish divergence — a classic sign of weakening momentum before reversal. Price Action: After peaking near ₹239, the stock has witnessed steady selling pressure and is now trading below the 30-day moving average, suggesting a loss of short-term trend strength. Support Zones: Price is currently near a support region around ₹187–190, which coincides with a previous breakout level. Volume: Declining volume during the fall indicates a controlled pullback rather than panic selling. OBV: On-Balance Volume remains stable, suggesting that long-term accumulation hasn’t yet reversed. 🔹 Interpretation The bearish RSI divergence accurately preceded the correction phase. Going forward, holding the ₹187–190 zone becomes key for maintaining structural strength. A breakdown below this could extend the correction, while stabilization near this support could lead to base formation. 📢 Disclaimer: For educational and technical analysis purposes only; not investment advice. 👤 Rajneesh Sharma – SEBI Registered Research Analyst (INH000020332)
