Total income: Rs 12,638 lakh in Q4FY26, compared to Rs 12,553 lakh in Q3FY26 (up 0.68% QoQ) and Rs 11,701 lakh in Q4FY25 (up 8.01% YoY). Profit before tax: Rs 5,796 lakh in Q4FY26, compared to Rs 2,499 lakh in Q3FY26 (up 131.93% QoQ) and Rs 1,332 lakh in Q4FY25 (up 335.14% YoY). Brigade Hotel Ventures delivered a strong performance in the quarter ended September 30, 2025 (Q2 FY26),

With key metrics accelerating across revenue, margins and operational performance. The company’s total income rose by approximately 19.7 % year-on-year to ₹129.8 crore, up from ₹108.44 crore in the same quarter last year. Its revenue from operations rose ~16.5 % to around ₹125.72 crore (from ~₹107.9 crore). BHVL reported a net profit after tax of ₹10.6 crore, representing a growth of ~58 % compared with ₹6.71 crore in Q2 of the previous year. On the operating front, EBITDA stood at about ₹41 crore—up ~9 % year-on-year—highlighting the company’s ability to scale profitability albeit with moderate margin improvement. From an operational standpoint, BHVL’s room-product metrics improved meaningfully: the average room rate (ARR) rose ~14 % to ₹7,106 (from ₹6,247 a year ago), while the revenue per available room (RevPAR) grew ~13 % to ₹5,374 (from ₹4,745). Occupancy for the quarter stood at a healthy ~75.6 %. In its Bengaluru operations, ARR jumped ~19 % to ₹8,738 and RevPAR climbed to ~₹6,807 (from ₹5,959) as occupancy gains took hold. In the first half (H1 FY26) the company’s total revenue reached ~₹255 crore, up 21 % year-on-year, while profit after tax surged to ~₹18 crore from ~₹1 crore in H1 FY25. BHVL is actively executing on its expansion strategy: it aims to invest roughly ₹3,600 crore to add nine new hotels (around 1,700 keys), thereby doubling its portfolio to 18 hotels with approximately 3,300 keys by FY30. Management emphasized its focus on driving RevPAR growth through enhanced pricing, improved guest-experience, asset optimisation and leveraging brand partnerships. The ramp-up of newer assets such as ibis Mysuru (which reached occupancy of ~61.4 % in the quarter) and strong performance in GIFT City were highlighted as tailwinds.
