It has over 12 tea estates in Assam, India. It also has around two tea estates in Malawi, East Africa, where plantations of tea and macadamia are being carried out. Its subsidiaries include Dhunseri Petrochem & Tea Pte Ltd, Kawalazi Estate Co. Ltd., and Chiwale Estate Management Services Ltd., and others.
