Indiqube Spaces – Technical Analysis, Short Analysis

The stock

INDIQUBE
is trading around ₹202.45 on the daily chart. The stock has shown a clear recovery from the ₹135–140 zone formed around April and has gradually developed a higher-high and higher-low structure. Since July the stock has maintained upward momentum and is now trading close to the recent high zone around ₹208–210. Support & Resistance: Immediate support is around ₹195–197 followed by ₹188–190. The ₹180–182 zone is another important support area from the recent price structure. On the upside ₹208–210 is the immediate resistance zone. A sustained breakout above this area can bring the ₹220–230 zone into focus. Short-Term Buyers & Holders View: The short-term structure remains supported as long as price holds above the ₹195–197 zone and continues forming higher lows. A sustained move above ₹208–210 with stronger volume would indicate further improvement in momentum. If price breaks below ₹195 the stock may enter a deeper consolidation towards ₹188–190. Holders can monitor the ₹195 support and ₹208–210 resistance zones for confirmation of the next directional move.

WEWORK
Rides Flex Office Wave

WEWORK
’s shares surged 13%+ this week, hitting a new high since its muted October listing. Management’s upbeat commentary helped ease investor concerns around AI-led disruption to office demand. Flex Office Demand Drivers: Leadership emphasized India’s low-cost talent pool and the growing role of Global Capability Centres (GCCs). Rising demand for flexibility and speed-to-market is expected to deepen penetration of managed and co-working spaces. Managed Offices Contribution: Managed offices now account for 25%+ of revenue, enabling client retention as businesses scale beyond shared spaces. These private, customizable workspaces appeal to larger corporates and GCCs, though they are margin-dilutive during early amortization. Expansion & Growth Targets: Operational footprint is set to grow from 8.6 msf to 10.3 msf in FY27, and further to 11.6 msf. Occupancy is targeted at 80%+, with Grade A positioning to sustain profitability. ICICI Securities projects 23% revenue CAGR to FY28, with faster 29% EBITDA CAGR driven by operating leverage. Risks & Margin Sensitivity: Slower GCC hiring or expansion could weigh on occupancy, compressing margins. EBITDA margin (~20%) is highly occupancy-sensitive, as seen in FY22 when 60% occupancy led to -16% margin. Competitive Landscape & Valuation: Rivals like
SMARTWORKS
,
INDIQUBE
, and
AWFIS
intensify pricing pressure. On EV/EBITDA, WeWork trades at 6.5x FY28E, higher than peers (IndiQube 6.4x, Smartworks 5.5x, Awfis 4.7x), despite slower growth versus IndiQube and Smartworks. Awfis’ mass-market focus continues to cap margins.

WeWork India Management Limited – SWOT Analysis

WEWORK
Strengths Strong brand recognition in the premium flexible workspace and co-working segment through association with WeWork India. Presence in major business cities like Bengaluru, Mumbai, Delhi NCR, Pune, Hyderabad, and Weaknesses Business remains highly sensitive to commercial real estate cycles and office demand trends. High fixed operating costs and lease obligations can pressure profitability during lower occupancy periods. Dependence on urban corporate markets creates concentration risk. Parent-brand-related global perception issues may affect investor sentiment despite operational separation in India. Opportunities Hybrid work culture and flexible office adoption across India can drive long-term growth. Expansion into Tier-2 cities and managed enterprise solutions offers new revenue opportunities. Rising startup ecosystem and GCC expansion in India can increase office space demand. Technology-enabled workspace solutions and premium office experiences may improve customer retention. Threats Intense competition from co-working operators like Awfis, Smartworks, IndiQube, and traditional commercial landlords. Economic slowdown or corporate cost-cutting may reduce office space demand. Real estate rental inflation and rising operating costs can affect margins. Work-from-home trends and lower office utilization remain long-term structural risks. IndiQube Spaces - H2 FY26 Outlook & Growth Strategy Analysis

INDIQUBE
Executive Summary: IndiQube Spaces management has signaled a strong H2 FY26, expressing high confidence in sustaining its 30%+ revenue growth trajectory. The company is well-positioned to defend its 21% EBITDA margin while executing a self-funded capex plan. Revenue: ₹354 crore Net Profit: ₹28 crore EBITDA Margin: 21% Occupancy (Portfolio): 87% Management confirms that the 30-35% revenue growth rate is "very sustainable" through FY26 and anticipates similar momentum into FY27. The 21% EBITDA margin is considered defensible, with occupancy expected to remain stable in the 85-90% range for mature centers. The company maintains a consistent expansion rate, adding 100,000 to 125,000 sq ft (approx. 2,500 seats) per month. IndiQube holds a significant competitive advantage with 9.1 million sq ft of total AUM. Of this, 3.1 million sq ft is signed but not yet rent-yielding, providing a clear and substantial pipeline for future revenue growth. A 3-year, ₹460 crore capex plan (primarily for interior fit-outs) is on track. Approx. ₹120-130 crore was deployed in H1 FY26. This capex is comfortably supported by strong internal accruals. The company generated robust cash flows of ~₹150 crore in H1 VAS contribution has expanded from 11% to 13% of total revenue over the past year. Management is targeting a 15% contribution from VAS in the next year. Growth is driven by cross-selling B2B/B2C services (IT, transport, food, green power) and expanding to manage facilities for clients beyond IndiQube's own centers. Management acknowledges an emerging supply crunch in key markets like Mumbai and Bangalore. IndiQube is uniquely insulated from this risk due to two factors: The 3.1 million sq ft of secured space. A proven strategy of renovating older buildings. 3 million sq ft of the current portfolio consists of such assets, allowing IndiQube to tap into the 500 million sq ft of aging commercial stock in India, a market segment less dependent on new construction.

Indiqube Spaces Reports Strong Revenue Growth, Expands into Solar Energy

Indiqube Spaces Limited, a leading managed commercial workspace provider, reported strong revenue growth for Q2 FY26, with revenue from operations up 38.8% YoY to ₹3,501 crore, despite a wider net loss of ₹589.58 crore (from ₹313 crore a year ago). The sharp rise in losses is attributed to ongoing investments in new projects and scaling operations, common in the capital-intensive flexible office space sector. In a strategic diversification move, the company’s Board has approved amendments to its MoA to enter the solar energy business, including solar system installation, EPC services, and turnkey solutions for residential, commercial, and industrial segments. Shareholder approval will be sought via postal ballot. This expansion aligns with sustainability trends and aims to unlock new revenue streams beyond its core leasing business. Post its successful July 2025 IPO at ₹675 per share, Indiqube is listed on BSE and NSE and maintains a CRISIL A+/Stable credit rating as of November 7, reflecting solid financial risk management. While profitability remains a near-term challenge, Indiqube’s revenue momentum and foray into renewable energy highlight its growth ambition and adaptive strategy in evolving commercial real estate and green energy markets.
