Its primary area of operations includes construction and development of projects for sale and providing end-to-end services in the real estate industry. The Company has acquired development rights of a 5.61 lakh sq ft built-up area at GIFT City, Gandhinagar for development and sale to a residential project. It is developing a luxurious residential scheme, VIDA, in GIFT City. GIFT City is planned on 886 acres of land with 6.2 crore sq. ft. of BUA, which includes office spaces, residential apartments, schools, hospitals, hotels, clubs, retail and various recreational facilities. It has also developed the structure of a co-working office complex in GIFT City SEZ area in collaboration.
