The Company is primarily engaged in the business of real estate development and construction activities. The Company operates through two segments: the real estate segment and the investment segment. The real estate segment, which comprises activities in the real estate sector including development of real estate, and trading of real estate assets, among others. The investment segment, which comprises of extending in the form of inter corporate deposits of the surplus funds, investment in equity instruments and other securities. The Company is focused on the sale of flats in a residential project, namely, Centra Greens in Ludhiana, Punjab.
