Sadbhav Infrastructure Project Limited is an India-based road build, operate and transfer (BOT) company. The Company is engaged in the development, operation and maintenance of highways, roads and related projects. The Company's project portfolio consisting of approximately 10 BOT projects. Its nine BOT projects are toll projects and the remaining one is an annuity project. The Company's operational projects cover approximately 1,530 lane kilometers and the projects under development cover approximately 1,060 lane kilometers. The Company also provides operation and maintenance, and advisory and project management services to its projects. The Company has projects in various states in India, including Maharashtra, Gujarat, Rajasthan, Karnataka, Haryana, Madhya Pradesh and Telangana.
