On 27th December 2025, Shree Pushkar Chemicals & Fertilisers Ltd. informed the National Stock Exchange of India and BSE Limited about the allotment of 7,36,196 fully convertible warrants to Mr. Gautam Gopikishan Makharia, the Joint Managing Director and Promoter of the company, on a preferential basis. The warrants, approved during the Extra-Ordinary General Meeting on 10th December 2025 and with in-principle approval from NSE and BSE, are convertible into fully paid-up equity shares with a face value of Rs. 10 each at an issue price of Rs. 407.50 per warrant. The company received 25% of the issue price, amounting to Rs. 7,49,99,968, as a subscription amount in compliance with SEBI regulations.
