BREAKING----> US Tariff Threat Is Back, US Senate Approves 100% Tariff Power on India Over Russian Oil

A fresh trade-war risk has emerged for India. The US Senate has passed the “Lindsey O. Graham Sanctioning Russia and Iran Act of 2026” by an 86–11 vote, giving the US President the authority to impose tariffs of up to 100% on imports from countries that continue to buy significant amounts of Russian oil and gas, including India. But there is an important distinction: This is NOT a 100% tariff imposed on India yet. The bill still has to move through the US House of Representatives, and even if enacted, the tariff would be a presidential power rather than an automatic levy. ------->Which Indian Sectors Could Face Pressure? If such tariffs are eventually implemented, the impact would likely be highest on businesses with significant exposure to the US market. Textiles & Apparel •

GOKEX
• !Kitex Garments • !Pearl US demand is important for several Indian textile exporters, making tariff developments particularly relevant. Chemicals • !SRF • !PI Industries • !Navin Fluorine • !Aarti Industries Chemical exporters with meaningful US exposure could face pressure if additional tariffs are imposed. Pharma Indian pharmaceutical companies have substantial exposure to the US market. However, the exact impact would depend on which products are covered and whether exemptions are provided. Stocks to monitor: • !Sun Pharma • !Dr. Reddy's Laboratories • !Lupin • !Zydus Lifesciences @@But There Is Still a Long Way to Go The Senate vote is significant, but investors should not treat it as an immediate 100% tariff. The bill now faces the US House, where there are already concerns about giving the President such broad tariff powers. Therefore, the next major triggers will be: US House approval → Presidential action → Final tariff scope → Exemptions/waivers → India-US negotiations -----> Bottom Line 100% Tariff Threat, Not 100% Tariff Yet. The US Senate's decision has raised a fresh risk for Indian exporters,

Navin Fluorine International Ltd. – SWOT Analysis

NAVINFLUOR
Strengths One of India's leading specialty fluorochemicals companies with over five decades of expertise in fluorine chemistry. Diversified business model across High Performance Products (HPP), Specialty Chemicals, CDMO (Navin Molecular), and Advanced Materials, reducing dependence on a single segment. Strong global customer base across pharmaceuticals, agrochemicals, refrigeration, electronics, and advanced manufacturing industries. High entry barriers due to complex fluorination technology, stringent regulatory requirements, and long customer qualification cycles. Robust R&D capabilities and long-term relationships with multinational customers. Healthy balance sheet, improving operating margins, and strong cash generation supported by high-value specialty products. Recent quarterly results showed more than a doubling of profit, driven by strong performance in HPP and the growing CDMO business. Weaknesses Capital-intensive business requiring continuous investment in manufacturing capacity and technology. Earnings can be volatile due to project-based CDMO revenues and specialty chemical demand cycles. Dependence on imported raw materials and fluorochemical feedstocks exposes the company to input cost fluctuations. Premium valuation leaves limited margin for execution errors. Revenue concentration in a few high-value products and global customers. Opportunities Rising global outsourcing of pharmaceutical and specialty chemical manufacturing supports long-term CDMO growth. Increasing demand for advanced refrigerants, battery materials, and fluorochemicals used in electric vehicles and semiconductor applications. Global संकेत फिलहाल न्यूट्रल, लेकिन क्या Nifty 24,600 के ऊपर टिक पाएगा? Crude स्थिर, Gold में 5% की तेजी और US–Iran डील पर पूरी दुनिया की नजर

एक ओर US Markets लगभग सपाट बंद हुए, Crude Oil स्थिर बना हुआ है, और FII की पोजिशनिंग भी संतुलित दिखाई दे रही है। वहीं दूसरी ओर निवेशकों की नजर US–Iran से जुड़ी बड़ी खबर पर रहेगी। रिपोर्ट्स के अनुसार, अमेरिका ने US Treasury की वेबसाइट से Iran से जुड़े कुछ प्रतिबंध (Sanctions) हटा दिए हैं, जबकि खबरें हैं कि राष्ट्रपति Donald Trump इस सप्ताह के अंत तक Iran के साथ एक समझौते की घोषणा कर सकते हैं। @@Global Cues US Markets लगभग सपाट बंद Wall Street में सीमित उतार-चढ़ाव देखने को मिला क्योंकि मजबूत कॉर्पोरेट नतीजों और वैश्विक आर्थिक अनिश्चितताओं के बीच निवेशकों ने संतुलित रुख अपनाया। • Dow Jones: +0.08% • S&P 500: +0.14% • Nasdaq Composite: -0.05% Crude Oil (FLAT) International Gold में लगभग 5% की तेजी अंतरराष्ट्रीय बाजार में Gold में लगभग 5% की मजबूत तेजी देखने को मिली है। ------->Overnight Development US–Iran डील पर पूरी दुनिया की नजर रात की सबसे महत्वपूर्ण खबर यह रही कि US Treasury की वेबसाइट से Iran से जुड़े कुछ प्रतिबंध हटा दिए गए हैं। साथ ही रिपोर्ट्स के अनुसार, President Trump इस सप्ताह के अंत तक Iran के साथ एक समझौते की घोषणा कर सकते हैं। यदि यह समझौता सफल होता है, तो: • Geopolitical तनाव कम हो सकता है। • Energy Markets में स्थिरता आ सकती है। ##FII Positioning (MIXED TO NEUTRAL) FII / DII Activity (05 August 2026) Cash Market • FII: -₹943.42 crore • DII: +₹2,883.17 crore FII Derivatives • Index Futures: -₹823.05 crore • Index Options: -₹13,683.04 crore • Stock Futures: +₹48.16 crore • Stock Options: +₹21.83 crore @@आज किन सेक्टर्स पर रहेगी नजर? The 2028 Refrigerant Race: Why India's Chemical Companies Are Expanding Before Time Runs Out

The government announces that after 1 January 2028, no new mining licenses will be issued. Suddenly, everyone starts building as fast as possible—not because demand explodes overnight, but because the window to secure future production is closing. That is exactly what's happening in India's refrigerant industry. Refrigerants are the invisible chemicals inside air conditioners, refrigerators, automobile ACs and cold-storage systems. They don't get consumed during normal use—they continuously circulate inside a sealed system. But many widely used refrigerants, especially Hydrofluorocarbons (HFCs) such as R32 and R134a, have a high global warming impact. Under India's commitment to the Kigali Amendment, HFC production will be frozen from January 2028 based on the country's average production during 2024-2026. The national production limit will then reduce gradually until 2047. That's why manufacturers are racing to commission new capacity before the deadline. The biggest uncertainty? The government has not yet announced how future production quotas will be allocated among individual companies. Building capacity today improves preparedness, but it does not automatically guarantee future production rights. • Navin Fluorine International

NAVINFLUOR
– Specialty fluorochemicals and refrigerant manufacturing expertise. • Gujarat Fluorochemicals (GFL)
GMDCLTD
– One of India's largest fluorochemical producers with expanding capacities. • SRF Ltd.
SRF
– Strong refrigerant portfolio, integrated fluorochemicals business and export opportunities. • Deepak Nitrite (Indirect) – Specialty chemical ecosystem beneficiary through downstream chemical demand. It's about who secures long-term manufacturing rights before India's production ceiling becomes a scarce and valuable asset. When supply is capped but cooling demand keeps rising, efficient and compliant manufacturers could enjoy a meaningful competitive advantage.
