Ventive Hospitality Limited is an India-based company, which is engaged in the business of leasing of commercial spaces, operation of a retail mall, operation of a commercial hotel and operation of windmills. The Company is an owner, developer and asset manager of luxury and premium hotels, with an over 14 operational hospitality assets across the business and leisure segments. The Company's segments include Commercial leasing, Hospitality, and Others. The Commercial leasing segment includes leasing operations comprising lease rentals from the properties given under lease (office spaces and mall). The Hospitality segment includes hotel operations, sale of rooms, food and beverages and allied services related to hotel operations (including investment in joint venture). The Others segment is into windmill operations, which is a credit provided for transmission of electricity based on the data provided by the Maharashtra State Electricity Distribution Company Limited on electricity bills.
